It has not been long since Elsa has returned back to her formal home, and to her sister. Everything returned back to normal in a heartbeat, and that she felt...normal again. Her powers were more than blessings; they were a bond that kept the people she loved together. And even so, it was like that to this very night.

Elsa slept in her room, her blanket covering her body in warmth. The night was cool, and the sound of crickets echoed from outside her balcony door. Nothing disturbed the peaceful evening, until something opened the door. An influx of shivering cold air blew inside, and the instant chill woke up the newest queen from her slumber. She noticed that the balcony door was open, and that nothing stood in the way. She stood up to close it, locking it afterward. However, something, or someone, talked to her from behind. "I'm not supposed to be here, but I did hear about you."

The queen turned around to see a boy sitting down on her bed. She only stared, looking at his blue hoodie, brown worn out pants and wooden staff. "Who are you, exactly?" Elsa asked, closing the curtains as she turned towards the balcony doors again.

"Me? I'm Jack Frost. Surely, I just wanted to see you, that's all." The boy smiled genuinely, keeping himself calm. "You're...Elsa, right?" He pointed a finger at the queen, who was backing away from him. He jumps out of the bed, approaching her. "Come on, now! Do I need to repeat myself? I'm Jack Frost, the guy who makes winter?"

Elsa only stared at Jack's sapphire blue eyes, and shrugged off the guest visit. "If you're here when it is summer, then why bother come here and bring winter another time? I already did that, you know." She pushed him away and proceeded to sleep again. "Just go away, okay?"

"It's just a visit, and I can go whenever I want to. You can't make me."

    "Yes, I can, Mister Frost."

"NO 'Mister' in my name. Just 'Jack Frost' or 'Jack' is fine."

"Can't you just go already? You'll melt into a puddle if you don't leave."

    "That won't happen, actually."

"Then how did you hear about me?"

"Your winter breeze told me." How can Elsa forget the fact she brought her kingdom to an early winter? And most importantly, why does her evening become disrupted by a boy who's close to her age? "You feel like you want to keep something away from me, right?"

"It's none of your business, Jack. Just go, okay? Bring winter here another time. You're six months early." Elsa climbed into her bed and pulled the blanket over her entire body. "Just let me sleep..." She moaned, also covering her ears with her pillow and mattress.

"Suit yourself." Jack then opened the balcony door and proceeded to leave. "Have a good night, Queen Elsa." He said before closing the door behind him, flying away into the starry sky.

"...Sometimes I wonder why I get these late night visits..." Elsa told herself, before drifting off to sleep.
This is for my sister's contest that she has held onto since January. There are three different sections, and I picked the second one. She is participating just for fun, but that's just her.

Notes/Comments

- A fast type. Probably took thirty minutes to compose.

- Yes, it is "Frozen" and "Rise of the Guardians" themed, mostly Elsa and Jack Frost. They are both wintry, so why not???

If you don't feel like reading it, it's okay. Just enjoy!
